John Wodatch is a disability rights attorney, specializing in the Americans with Disabilities Act and international disability rights work. He wrote the U.S. Government’s Section 504 regulations in the 1970’s, helped write the ADA, and then headed the Justice Department’s ADA enforcement unit for more than twenty years. Wodatch and Judy Heumann met in 1974 and, through their work, have crossed paths repeatedly since then.
