Grab a mat and join author Allison Zak for an interactive yoga workshop and book talk.

Along with Allison, guests will embody the words in her new book, Wild Asana: Animals, Yoga, and Connecting Our Practice to the Natural World, which brings the deep nature of animals into breath in movement. Allison explores ecological compassion, animal wisdom, and the profundity of our bodies and minds.

Bring your own mat, or we’ll supply one!
