Getting To Charlottesville

The Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport (CHO) is a non-hub, commercial service airport offering 60 daily non-stop flights to and from Charlotte, Philadelphia, New York/LaGuardia, Washington/Dulles, Cincinnati, Detroit, and Atlanta. CHO is served by Delta Connection, United Express (Atlantic Coast Airlines), Northwest Airlines, and US Airways Express (Piedmont Airlines).

CHO is located 8 miles north of the City of Charlottesville, one mile west of Route 29 on Airport Road. Daily and Hourly parking lots are conveniently located to make ease of use a given at the Airport.

By Car

Driving Directions to Charlottesville:
From the North: take Route 29 South into Charlottesville. (Out of Washington, take 66 West until Gainesville, then take 29 South. See map for specific venues.

From the East, West, and South: take Interstate 64 to exit 118B; travel 0.3-0.4 miles after the end of the off-ramp, take the next exit onto Route 29 North. Charlottesville exits are Fontaine Avenue (29 Business), Ivy Road (250 Business), Barracks Road, and Route 29 (N to Washington, S to Charlottesville).
