Avery Chenoweth's second collaboration with photographer Robert Llewellyn is Empires in the Forest: Jamestown and the Beginning of America, which won three national awards. Albemarle: A Story of Landscape and American Identity, won five national awards. Chenoweth wrote Wingtips, a Library of Virginia Literary Award fiction finalist.

Amy Waters Yarsinske's latest book, The Elizabeth River, chronicles over 400 years of the river's history and rich biodiversity. Yarsinske has over 20 years experience in the publishing industry, and is the author of more than forty books.
