Amtrak: Passenger service originating in New Orleans and Atlanta north to Washington D.C., Philadelphia and New York departs [ARRIVES?] Charlottesville daily at 6:45 a.m. Service from New York, Philadelphia and Washington D.C., south to Atlanta and New Orleans departs Charlottesville at 10:00 p.m. Departure times fluctuate with time changes.

Driving Directions to Charlottesville:
From the North: take Route 29 South into Charlottesville. (Out of Washington, take 66 West until Gainesville, then take 29 South. See map for specific venues.

From the East, West, and South: take Interstate 64 to exit 118B; travel 0.3-0.4 miles after the end of the off-ramp, take the next exit onto Route 29 North. Charlottesville exits are Fontaine Avenue (29 Business), Ivy Road (250 Business), Barracks Road, and Route 29 (N to Washington, S to Charlottesville).
