Publishing Day and Vendors Book Fair

This year's Publishing Day will focus on evolving models of how books are being written, chosen and produced. Panels listed below.

A Vendors Fair will take place in the hotel atrium amid two major streams of programming: Crime Wave mystery and suspense events and Publishing Day events for aspiring and rising authors. More than 30 vendors will be on site.

From Manuscript to Cash Register: Publishing Panel
What really happens to a book once a manuscript is chosen? What decisions inform how it will be marketed and sold? With agent Simon Lipskar, W.W. Norton editor-in-chief Starling Lawrence, VP & Associate Publisher of P.G. Penguin Catharine Lynch, and bookseller Robert Gray. Moderated by Bella Stander.
