If your book-related group or non-profit organization would like to provide a program at VABook! 2007, download the appropriate program application form (below, Microsoft Word format), complete it, and return it to us at the Festival office.
Please be sure you have all the relevant information provided on the form — incomplete applications will be returned.

NOTE: The applications above are for organizations interested in providing a Festival program. Authors and other individuals who want to participate in VABook! 2007 should submit a Participant Information form instead, as described here. |

Return completed forms by email addressed to vabook@virginia.edu with a "Subject" line reading "VABOOK PROGRAM APPLICATION."

Because of readability issues, faxing is NOT a recommended way to send this application. If you must fax the form, however, please run the document through a copying machine to lighten any shaded boxes. Then you may fax it to us at 434-296-4714.
